From the East, enter Phoenixville on Route 23; turn right onto Main Street; turn right onto Church Street.  From the North, enter Phoenixville on Route 113 or Route 29.  From Bridge Street, turn south onto Main Street; turn left onto Church Street.  The Clinic is on the left after the Senior Center.
 
From the South (Route 29/South Main Street), turn left onto Route 23 and then immediate right turn onto North Main Street.  Turn right onto Church Street. The Clinic is on the left after the Senior Center.
