To make an appointment, please call the appointment desk at 610-935-1134, extension 27 or 21. You must have an appointment to be guaranteed a visit with one of our providers. The appointment desk is staffed 9:00am-3:00pm, Monday through Friday, but if your call goes to voicemail, please leave a message and we will call you back as soon as possible. If you must cancel an appointment, please do so at least 24 hours ahead of your scheduled appointment time.

Our patients must have:

- Photo identification
- Contact information for us to reach you (telephone number and/or email)

If English is not your first language, please bring a family member or friend to the appointment who is authorized to share your medical information. The Clinic does have a Spanish interpreter available daily, however our translator is usually very busy with patients and we cannot guarantee that she will be able to assist you.
