You must have an appointment to be seen by one of our providers. NO WALK-INS WILL BE ACCOMMODATED. We are only scheduling appointments by phone. To make an appointment, please call 610-935-1134. The appointment desk is staffed 9:00am-3:00pm Monday through Friday, but if your call goes to voicemail, please leave a message and we will call you back as soon as possible. Appointments are available Monday-Friday,.

Our patients must have:

- Photo identification
- Contact information for us to reach you (telephone number and/or email)

If English is not your first language, please bring a family member or friend to the appointment who is authorized to share your medical information. The Clinic does have a Spanish interpreter available daily, however our translator is usually very busy with patients and we cannot guarantee that she will be able to assist you.
