Director of Volunteer Services
The Director of Volunteer Services manages the assessment, recruiting, training, and assignment of volunteers. He/she matches interested volunteers with an opportunity that suits their skills and serves the organization. The Director of Volunteer Services tries to ensure that individual volunteers feel comfortable with their placements and fully understand their responsibilities. Behavioral Health Program Manager/Social Worker
This team member will provide counseling and intervention services to help clients reach their full human potential. Duties include overseeing the new Behavioral Health Program, assisting clients to remove barriers to health and wellness. The Social Worker will collaborate with members of the health care team, the community service team, and the client/family to assure clients’ psychosocial needs are addressed.
S/he initiates, implements, and regularly evaluates annual and long-range program in conjunction with the Medical Director and the Executive Director.
